Whether you're ready to make a change or just exploring your options, this step-by-step guide explains exactly what to expect when working with me — from the first chat to your final consultation.

3. Sign Your Client Agreement

Once you’ve bought your package, I’ll send over a simple agreement outlining how we’ll work together. It ensures we’re both on the same page and protects your confidentiality.

4. Complete your Health Questionnaire

You’ll also receive a detailed health and lifestyle questionnaire and a short food diary to complete before your initial consultation. This gives me a full picture of your current health and helps guide our work together. This can be returned to me, along with your agreement by email.

6. Receive Your Personalised Plan

Within a few days, you’ll receive your tailored recommendations — including dietary changes, lifestyle support, supplement suggestions, and helpful resources like recipes or handouts.

5. Schedule Your Initial Consultation

Now you can schedule your Initial Consultation here, allowing a week from returning your questionnaire. During the session, we’ll dive into your health history, symptoms, diet, lifestyle, and goals. I’ll begin identifying potential root causes and start shaping your personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan.

7. Schedule Follow-up Consultations

We’ll meet regularly (usually every 4 weeks) to check progress, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust your plan as your health improves. These sessions help keep you motivated and moving forward.

8. Final Consultation & Next Steps

At the end of your package, we’ll review your journey, celebrate your wins, and discuss long-term strategies to maintain your results. Ongoing follow-ups are available if you’d like continued support.
