· You know you need to make a change but don’t know where to start

What’s included?

· Flexible meal plan – Print this off each and fill it out using the list of recipes.  Every day choose 1 x breakfast, 1 x lunch, 1 x dinner and 2-3 x snacks.

· Over 50 nutritious and delicious recipes and meal ideas to help you create your meal plan.

· Meal prep – Some of the recipes can be made, or at least started, ahead of time. You will be encouraged to develop meal prepping as a new habit to save you time on busier day and make healthy eating easier.

· A set of daily tasks, designed to help you sleep better, eat better, move more and feel more energised!

· Weekly tracking sheet – use this to tick off each day that you achieve each task.

· Support group – you will be invited to join the private Facebook group.  Here you are encouraged to share your journey with the other group members. We will make this a fun and supportive place to share your meal prep, exercise routines, experiences and advice.
